Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on beezucandles.com with Beezu company name (“Beezu”, “we”) by customers in the European Union and the United States.

Your order and the contract

The products in the shop are an invitation to order. When you place an order you make an offer; the contract is made when we confirm the dispatch by email. We keep the contract text and send you these terms with your confirmation.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay; see Shipping. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Delivery

We ship to the EU and the US. Delivery times are listed on the shipping page and are estimates. The risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to [email protected]. We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days. Our 30-day returns go further and do not limit this right.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Natural variations in the colour of the beeswax, the glaze of a hand-thrown vessel and bloom on the surface are features of the materials, not defects.

Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Follow the safety notes on each candle and our Candle care guide.

Law and disputes

The law of country of the company applies, without removing the protection given by the law of the country where you live. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
