Every order is packed by hand in our atelier and leaves within two working days, in plastic-free packaging.

Delivery times start when your order leaves the atelier. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day are usually packed the same day.
Where we ship
We ship to every country in the European Union and to the United States. If you live elsewhere, write to us and we will see what we can do.
Duties and taxes
Prices include VAT for the EU. For the United States, duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Packaging
Candles travel in recycled card with paper padding, never plastic or foam. Vessels are wrapped in tissue and sit in a moulded fibre insert so the glaze arrives as it left us.

Tracking
When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow it on Track an order with your order number and email address.
Warm weather
Beeswax melts at around 62 °C and softens well before that. In a heatwave we may hold an order for a day or two so it travels in cooler weather. We will always tell you first.
